What this shows

Vault does not force every business into the same template. The message, hierarchy, and visual direction change with the customer and the action the site needs to earn.

Vault vs. DIY builders

A website builder gives you tools. Vault gives you a finished website.

Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, and GoDaddy can be good tools when you want to write, design, connect, test, and maintain the site yourself. Vault is for owners who want one studio accountable for getting the whole thing live.

DIY builder

You assemble it

  • Choose and customize the template
  • Write and organize every section
  • Connect forms, domains, and analytics
  • Diagnose mobile and layout problems
  • Keep learning the platform after launch

  • Copy structure and calls to action included
  • Forms, domain setup, and launch handled
  • Responsive testing across screen sizes
  • Direct support from the person who built it

08

Revisions + warranty

Two revision rounds and 30 days of build-related bug fixes after launch.

Clear boundary:

Domain registration, paid hosting or software fees, custom photography, full e-commerce, and ongoing edits are not included in the base price. Booking, ordering, menus, and galleries can be linked or embedded when your existing platform supports it; custom integrations are quoted separately.

A low-risk process

See the direction before you commit.

Most one-page projects launch within two to three weeks after the needed content is received.

  1. 1

    Request a preview

Send your current site. If the project is a fit, you receive a no-obligation homepage direction or focused redesign plan.

  2. 2

    Approve the scope

You receive the exact deliverables, timeline, price, payment schedule, and support terms in writing. A 50% deposit schedules the work.

  3. 3

    Review the build

Vault organizes the message, designs the page, and sends a working first draft. You are never asked to imagine the final result from a vague proposal.

  4. 4

    Refine it together

Two focused revision rounds cover copy, images, colors, spacing, and content details within the agreed scope.

  5. 5

    Launch + support

The remaining balance is due when the approved site is ready to launch. Vault handles go-live and stays available for the 30-day launch warranty.

Straight answers

Questions a careful owner should ask.

Why should I pay Vault instead of using Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, or GoDaddy?

Those platforms sell software. They still require you to plan the page, write the copy, choose the layout, connect the tools, test mobile behavior, and maintain the result. Vault is the done-for-you option: one studio takes responsibility for the message, design, build, and launch. Shopify may still power your store; Vault can improve the customer-facing experience around it.

What exactly is included in the $995 package?

One custom long-form page with up to seven core sections, page strategy, copy structure and editing, responsive design, development, a lead form, standard business links, basic on-page SEO setup, domain and hosting connection, analytics connection, two revision rounds, launch, and a 30-day build-related bug warranty.

How does Vault reduce project risk?

Every project starts with a written scope and clear deliverables. Payment is split between scheduling and launch readiness, two revision rounds are included, the client owns the finished website after final payment, and build-related defects are covered by a 30-day launch warranty.

How long will my website take?

A typical one-page project takes two to three weeks after the needed content, approvals, and account access are received. The written proposal will include your actual schedule. Delayed feedback or missing content can move the launch date.

What do I need to provide?

Your current website, business details, services, preferred contact action, logo if you have one, and approved photos. Vault can organize and polish the information, but you are responsible for confirming that business claims, prices, credentials, and images are accurate and authorized.

Are hosting and the domain included?

Setup and connection are included. The domain and any paid hosting or software fees are not included because those accounts should belong to you and be billed directly to you. Vault will recommend the simplest suitable option and handle the technical connection.

Who maintains the website after launch?

You choose. There is no required maintenance contract. You may manage it yourself, use another provider, request one-off edits, or keep Vault on the optional $89/month care plan.

What happens if the website breaks?

Build-related defects are covered for 30 days after launch. Problems caused by changes made outside Vault, expired domains, unpaid third-party services, platform outages, new browser requirements, or requested new features are not warranty work, but Vault can diagnose and quote them.

Can you add online ordering, booking, menus, galleries, or e-commerce?

Existing tools can usually be linked or embedded in the base package. Complex booking logic, custom ordering, memberships, large product catalogs, or a full Shopify build require a separate scope and price. Vault will tell you before a deposit if the project is beyond the base package.

What if I need to cancel?

The proposal states the cancellation terms before payment. In general, the scheduling deposit becomes non-refundable once work begins because it reserves production time and covers strategy and the first build. Any amount owed for completed out-of-scope work is handled under the signed project agreement.

Do you only work with Gainesville businesses?

Gainesville and North Central Florida are the local focus. Vault can also work remotely with U.S. small businesses when the project is a good fit.
