Project scope and pricing

The $995 launch package is intended for a custom one-page small-business website within the scope described on the homepage. Multi-page sites, e-commerce, custom applications, complex booking or ordering systems, memberships, advanced integrations, custom photography, and substantial copywriting require a separate quote.

Domain registration, paid hosting, subscriptions, premium software, payment processing, stock assets, and other third-party fees are not included unless a written proposal expressly says otherwise.

Payments and scheduling

A project is scheduled after the required agreement and deposit are received. Unless the written proposal states otherwise, 50% is due to begin and the remaining balance is due when the approved work is ready to launch. Vault may pause work or withhold launch and final files while an invoice is overdue.

Cancellations and refunds

A scheduling deposit becomes non-refundable once work begins because it reserves production time and covers discovery, strategy, and initial design or development. If a client cancels, the client is also responsible for approved work completed beyond amounts already paid. Project-specific cancellation and refund terms will appear in the signed agreement.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide timely feedback, accurate business information, necessary account access, and content they are authorized to use. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving names, claims, prices, credentials, legal language, accessibility requirements, images, and regulatory obligations specific to their business.

Revisions and changes

The base package includes two reasonable revision rounds within the approved scope. A revision adjusts the agreed work; it does not add a new page, new feature, new design direction, or substantial new content. Additional or out-of-scope work will be quoted before it begins.

Ownership

After full payment, the client receives ownership of the final custom website files created for the project, excluding third-party software, fonts, stock assets, licenses, tools, and reusable methods that remain subject to their existing ownership or license terms. Client domains and production accounts should be registered in the client's name whenever practical.

Launch warranty and support

Vault will correct reproducible build-related defects reported within 30 days after launch at no additional charge. This warranty does not include new features, content changes, issues caused by client or third-party edits, expired domains, unpaid services, hosting or platform outages, malware introduced outside Vault's control, or later browser and platform changes.

Ongoing maintenance is not free or unlimited. After the warranty period, support is available through an optional care plan or a separately approved quote.

Care plan

The advertised $89 monthly care plan is optional and month-to-month. It includes the services stated on the homepage and up to three routine content updates per month. Each update is one discrete change to existing text or imagery on an existing page. Unused updates do not roll over. Larger requests are quoted separately. Cancellation applies to future billing and does not refund a month already started.

Third-party services

Vault is not responsible for outages, policy changes, price changes, security incidents, data loss, or discontinued features caused by third-party hosts, registrars, plugins, booking tools, ordering systems, email providers, payment processors, social networks, or other external services.

Limitation and governing law

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities. Any claim related to a paid project is limited to the amount paid to Vault for that project. These terms are governed by Florida law.
