When you submit the homepage preview or project inquiry form, Vault may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address, and the details you choose to provide.

The website host may also process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and server logs for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

How information is used

Information is used to:

• Review and respond to your inquiry
• Prepare a preview, recommendation, proposal, or project scope

Vault does not sell personal information or use inquiry data for third-party advertising.

Service providers

This website is hosted by Netlify. Form submissions, hosting logs, and related technical data may be processed by Netlify and email providers as needed to deliver and respond to your request. Those providers handle data under their own privacy terms.

Cookies and analytics

Vault does not currently use advertising cookies. Basic privacy-conscious analytics may be added to understand page performance and traffic. This policy will be updated if the data practices materially change.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain project records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your inquiry data, subject to records Vault is legally or operationally required to retain.
